Okay, Niners, I need your help!
My wonderful mother, who often sends me a randomly selected Trek video as a gift (I told you she was wonderful), recently sent me The Way of the Warrior. I watched it last night for the second time, and now I'm dying to find out...
When Jadzia meets Worf, what is the translation of the Klingon phrase she greets him with?
I'm sure this was a big deal on the BBS's when TWOTW showed in 1995 (or was it 1996), but I thought perhaps someone here would know...Ana, anything on this in the DS9 Companion?

I've got me dictionary here, but without a spelling it would be hard for me to translate.
It's quite possible it was gibberish.
While Okrand was consulted for the movies and some Klingon heavy episodes, for the most part if they were just making something up, they'd do just that. Make it up.

I'm gonna be real disappointed if it's just gibberish. Ana...where are you?

the wonderful Christina gets her copy of the Companion instead

Nothing in the DS9 Companion when I checked but the novelization for TWOTW has the conversation down:
When Worf says:
WORF: "Curzon's name is an honored one among my people."
Jadzia says in Klingon:
JADZIA: "Yes, but I'm a lot better-looking than he was."
To which Worf gets embarrassed and says in Federation standard again:
WORF: "I suppose so. Excuse me."

Welcome to the Spacedock DS9_Fan. It's always great to have another Niner onboard.

It's the NineRadar. You have to be a Niner to understand. We can just spot each other out

You're welcome, Peter. Anything to help a fellow Niner...it was a great episode BTW. It's also the only DS9 episode I own on tape! (waiting for DS9 to come out on DVD)
Oh, and thanks for welcoming me here Alexander...I usually post on the Trek BBS as DS9 Fan 2 so my Niner status isn't exactly a secret. ;D
