I know I'm replying kind of late but I just saw your drawing today Holodoc (I don't usually visit Trek Art). It is so EXCELLENT Doc. You certainly have a gift. Keep up the great work.
Ezri it would be great to see or read some of your work, but only if you want to share it. If it's private than that's cool.

Lots of drawings on that site. First time in yrs I took colored ink to paper. Next project thiscoming "weekend" is my holiday card, also full color. I understand where Ezri is coming from all to well. E, why not write something with the intention of showing it? Unless you think that'll change your style or quality of writing too adversely. Then again, maybe it would be good practice to get used to writing for public viewing.

I don't really have too many things that are that private that I wouldnt let others read or see them. Everything I do has a special meaning to me and its lost on a lot of people, specially if you dont know the things I have been through. All my poems and artwork are NON Trek though- so I'd have to post them elsewhere here..hmmm.. maybe tomorrow I will search for one of my poems and post it. If you want to see some of my artwork.. check out my site.. more specifically... www.altmomma.com/graphics.html

Let total strangers find it and develop a readership based exclusively on your writing. Collage work and Photoshop effects over photos. Interesting. Do you draw or do any original art from scratch as well?

That is the majority of the work I have been into for the last few years. Taking others work and editing it. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes.. but some I have taken hours to complete. I tend to write poetry in a really weird form as well, some is "standard" poetry and some.. well.. I call it a ramble. (check out tenforward to read one)

All anxious writers have a blog. You'll never find mine of course...

what is a blog? Weblog (this displays with a space for some reason. the word it complete in actuality) Online journal. Blogger is a great place where you can sign up and start a blog. Then you post to it whenever you feel like it. You have the gut, you output to the blog with a new post. Their interface turns your webbrowser into an editor and automatically keeps the date and archives the older entries. You have a series of templates for color schemes and layout formats from which to choose. If you sign up with them, you have the option of using a free space on blogspot, which only runs a banner on top. Go to blogger.com and check out a link on the upper left. You may find something lame, foreign, profoundly poignant, or any combination of the three.
