So, if you didn't know, I'm currently on study leave for my GCSEs... I've taken my two German exams already, and French and German orals - but next week they really get underway...
Monday means geography and English literature.
Tuesday's a business studies AS exam and biology. Wednesday signals French listening/reading and non-calculator mathematics. And on Thursday I have English non-fiction and media texts; and my final geography exam...
Friday, however, I have off... So it's live World Cup coverage for me... ;D
Wish me luck!

*wonders if other cultures are familiar with a Lucky Kick, giving a person a [slight!] kick on her/his posterior to wish good luck*
*Gives ST a Lucky Kick.*
*Prepares to leave the thread in haste in case it turns out that Brits, at least, are not familiar with it!*

'Lucky kick'? You're making that up!!! I'm not. This nation just seems to have a tendency to develope habits that sound extremely odd when brought into a 'daylight'! ;D Mika Häkkinen's wife Erja used to give him a lucky kick before each race, there are pics of it!

Anything to keep the circulation going in winter!
What was it they said on the radio today? A bright child in the UK could now expect to take about 90 formal tests or exams during their school life? Gosh times really have changed!
