Do you like the way this is set up? Im trying to make it easier for all of those.. and for those of you who want to rpg from the site not through email as well. If you plan on rpging through Spacedock still (through the site and arent on the email list) then please let me know asap. We are filling positions and obviously if you are keeping your Archer character you will get president over the position you were in if you keep your character.. but to do that i need to know you still want to stay involved.

Looks good to me! Having the Spacedock RPG a bigger part of Spacedock might attract new writers.
I'm looking forward to getting started. When Spacedock RPG first started (during the "heyday"), the RPG was so much fun. Everyone was posting all the time and I found myself thinking about Stirok while driving down the road or standing in line. I couldn't wait to read the next post. I hope we can recapture some of that same spirit.
(Note to self: SAVE your posts this time. ;D)

I still want my same character and position! I know I've been gone for a while but with moving and having to get a new computer, I haven't had much choice. But I'm confused.. Is there even still a USS Archer? If the RPG is set on a space station, is there even much use for a pilot like Kenek?
Anyway, I'm back with regular internet access now and I want to RPG!

As of current the Archer still exists.. but we;re basically transfering everyone who wants to stay on the RPG to the space station. I think the Archer will leave the space station and well.. who knows.. maybe a bad accident?
I'm sure we could use use her on the SpaceStation.. I dont know what her position could/would be.. but we'll all have to brainstorm a little...

Maybe the Archer could be what the Defiant was to DS9.

I need a little backstory here, Where is the Polaris located and what is its importance in that part of space. is my character starfleet or not ? I just need a little to build on and I will have my persona. I have about 8 ideas in my head right now but it all depends on how you want me to fill this rather odd roll. I do have a name picked out that I like....but I need to send it to the mods first to make sure its ok

Polaris is a newly constructed space station near the Klingon/Romulan boarder. (Gotta love that new spacestation smell. ) It's huge (think about the Station in Star Trek 3: The Search for Spock.) It's almost like a city built in space. The station is run by Starfleet, but the majority of the population are civilians. Families, shop owners, traders, etc. The story opens right after the Dominion War. Polaris was commissioned as a diplomatic station to help facilitate peace between the Romulan and Klingon Empires. The episodes certainly won't be limited to Klingon and Romulan negotiations, though. Anything goes. As far as your character, Zeph, it's up to you. I think we do need civilians as well as Starfleet officers.
