Here's the photo today from the official Paramount calendar. Notice anything wrong? Okay. I know, I know. I have too much time on my hands. ;D

Well, the bridge looks funny, but I'm going to guess that the deflector dish is the wrong color. Either that, or the fact that it looks like the ship is flying through the planet's atmosphere, and I didn't think the Enterprise could do that.

Are There Not TWO torpedo tubes that are lit on the lower half of the main hull, not one, And Why is there a huge spotlight on one side of the bridge?

gazing carefully at picture before it goes into the scrapbook (sad woman or what)
because it's an artist's impression of an SX shot for the Mutara Nebula sequence, and not a still from the actual movie?

I can't hold back anymore!!
Folks, please note the heading of this forum.
"Calendar Nitpick"
The picture isn't in error, it's the calendar!
People who practice the Hebrew Faith performed the Seder on Wednesday evening, not Thursday evening!
No, I'm not Jewish, but I had heard some clients talking among themselves on Tuesday night. They wanted to get home early to prepare for the Seder the next night.
Rent "The Ten Commandments" for a fairly accurate reenactment of the First Seder.

^^^ It's common practice on non-lunar calendars that include Jewish holidays to put the holiday on the day of the actual observence, even though the holiday technically begins at sundown on the day prior -- which is why some Jews today observe the Passover on Wednesday night rather than Thursday. We celebrated our seder on Thursday night... ;D The problem, obviously[/i] (said Peter with a professorial aire ;D ), is that the ship in the picture is not the NCC-1701-A, but rather the NCC-1701...no bloody A, B, C, D, or E. Or NX, for that matter. Did you like the picture for Friday, Mentat Tir?

That means all the calendars and diaries published got it wrong, although in it's defence my page a day does have Thursday as 'first day of Passover'. Guess our culture has gotten so used to the day starting at Midnight that we've forgotten some start it at sunset.........

Much like people treating Sunday as the day of rest instead of Saturday (The Sabbath Sundown) (my calander (The Onion) also has the Begging of Passover) (Also note... I'm a hack with no idea what I'm talking about, my limited RELIGIOUS knowledge is from the few sources I MAY have been exposed to)

I think its a Nebula in the background as opposed to a planetary atmosphere
