^^^Mine as well, Ana! Thank you for that Peggy Lee story. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Ms. Visitor paid Ms. Lee the highest compliment any fan could give. I'm glad that she could fulfill her childhood dream and allowed the fans to share it.

::cradles her DS9 companion lovingly::
You should really pick up the book, anyone, if you're a big DS9 fan. When I stood in the bookstore, I balked a little at the 30 dollar price tag, but I can tell you it was 30 dollars very well spent. A very thorough and fascinating book, with lots of very interesting factoids.

Same goes for the TNG compendium.
I saw a copy of the DS9 one back when I had money but it was incomplete so I waited. Everytime I've had money I've not seen it in the store (that's what they made Amazon for I guess)

I forgot to post this earlier, but while I was returning from the Spring Chiller Convention in Rutherford, NJ, I was listening to one of two James Darren CDs that I purchased and had autographed by Darren himself! After I told him that I'm a fan of jazz as well as torch songs, he sold the second CD to me for an extra $5. Even when he's not playing Vic Fontane, he's a class act!
The two CD's, "This One's From The Heart" which features songs that he sang on DS9, and "Because of You," are available on Concord Records. I'll look for a website if it's available and link it here.
